About the Person
Paul Melici joined iCIMS in 2004 and currently serves as the organization's Chief Technology Officer. As iCIMS’ CTO, Paul oversees the Product Management, Research & Development (R&D) and Production Information Technology (IT) departments. These departments are collectively responsible for the product management, business analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, documentation, release management and data center hosting of iCIMS’ software solutions. In addition, Paul works closely with the other members of the iCIMS Executive team to execute on iCIMS' corporate vision. Paul was promoted to iCIMS’ CTO in 2009, prior to which he held a Director role as well as other leadership and technical roles within the organization. He hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Drexel University.
