Patrick Houle was Vice President of Information Systems & Support, Patrick has over 20 years of IT and Operations experience. Patrick has worked at a variety of startups and small businesses as the vice president of Technology and/or the vice president of Operations. As the VP of Operations & CTO of Boston Technologies, his role included responsibility for running the day-to-day Operations of the company, including the delivery and support of all existing clients, as well as managing the strategic direction of the technology department.
Prior to joining Boston Technologies, Patrick worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Best Doctors, where he managed global operations for the Interconsultation, Clinical Services and IT departments. Previously, he worked for Value Benefits, Inc as the Vice President of Operations and Chief Technology Officer. As one of the first hires for the company, he was responsible for architecting the main system as well as defining, managing and growing the Customer Service, Product Services and Information Technology departments. Patrick received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in German Literature from the University of Vermont.
