An independent and state-related institution of higher education, TU is Alabama`s only private land-grant university. Taylor School of Architecture & Construction Science; School of Education; and School of Nursing & Allied Health. Graduate instruction leading to master`s degrees is offered in seven of the eight colleges and schools. Doctoral degrees are offered in four of the five colleges. U.S. News and the Wall Street Journal both currently rank Tuskegee University fourth nationally among HCBUs. In its “Regional Universities South” category, U.S. News ranks Tuskegee first among Alabama HBCUs, second among regional HBCUs, and 24th among all regional public and private institutions. The university is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
Casper College is located in Casper - Wyoming`s second largest city located in the geographic center of the state. Wyoming itself is known for its wide-open vistas, amazing scenery and western way of life. Yellowstone Park is five hours away, and Denver is a four-hour drive. Casper College overlooks the city from the foothills of Casper Mountain.
