Today, 25 years later, Get Fresh Companies is one of the largest distributors and fresh-cut processors in the region, serving Southern Nevada and the Southwest. When we started in 1990, we believed excellent service and high quality was the key to long-term relationships with clients. Today, our operating philosophy continues to be centered on treating each customer as if they were our only customer. Since the Mi Rancho grocery store first opened its doors in 1939, hard work and passion have brought us success, as we now produce over 4.5 million tortillas a day, roughly 1.3 billion tortillas each year. We employ true artisan bakers and professionals, with some of our employees having worked here as long as I have. Remaining loyal to our roots, we only use California corn and flour. While we have grown, we refuse to grow into a “tortilla factory.” Just like we did so many years ago, we continue to follow the authentic techniques to produce delicious tortillas I’m proud to serve to my own family.
