Primary Duties:
• Works closely with the President/CEO and senior management in developing and implementing the overall strategic plan and corporate vision to ensure the continual growth and financial viability of the organization.
• Conducts market analysis by tracking key trends, metrics and competitive opportunities in the market.
• Formulates and recommends strategic plans that capitalize on market opportunities. These initiatives include the development of the annual strategic-planning process, marketing plan, research projects, and other business initiatives.
• Oversees and directs the overall marketing and product development functions, including branding, advertising/promotion, competitive market analysis, website design/administration, vendor management, pricing studies and marketing budget.
• Works with senior managers and multiple levels of the organization to create synergies and alignment to strategic goals.
Qualifications:
• Ten or more years of senior level management experience in the areas of, strategic planning execution and marketing. Financial industry (banking) is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required, Master`s degree strongly preferred.
• Strategic marketing experience to include market research, product development, market strategies and innovation.
• Must possess strong innovation/entrepreneurial experience, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to derive strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.
• Must have in-depth understanding and ability to manage multiple business units and generate both immediate and long-term results.
