About the Person
Nitin Kapoor previously was the Senior Vice President, Products and Services at the company. He joined Echo Global Logistics in March of 2013, coming to the company from Open Mile, a Boston-based truckload brokerage acquired by Echo. As the Co-Founder and the Vice President of Engineering and Product at Open Mile, Mr. Kapoor developed the firm's cloud-based technology that brought automation to manual transportation management processes. Mr. Kapoor has over 18 years of experience in managing technology innovation at supply chain and e-commerce companies. Before co-founding Open Mile, Mr. Kapoor was the Director, Platform Engineering at Sterling Commerce, a Columbus-based software company that was acquired by IBM. He also co-founded and held the Director of Technology position at Yantra Corporation, a provider of order management and supply chain technology solutions.
