About the Person

Nikki Stretar, SelectAccount’s chief information officer, has been with SelectAccount since 1994 and has held numerous leadership roles in that time. Today she is charged with leading the management of and investment in our proprietary medical banking technology assets. With more than 20 years in the spending account business, she is one of the most experienced leaders in the consumer-directed health care space and is known for her deep knowledge of our products and the unique ability to deploy technology solutions in support of innovation. Nikki has a diverse educational background – she obtained her bachelor’s degree from Hamline University and attained the ASA designation from the Society of Actuaries. Most recently, she has completed the Health Savings Account Expert (HSAe) certification from HSA Consulting. She also holds a Fellow Life Management Institute Certification (FLMI) with the Life Office Management Association (LOMA). Nikki was a member of the inaugural class to become Certified in Flexible Compensation Instruction with the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC). Most recently, Nikki received the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI). This globally recognized certification for project managers demonstrates an individual has the experience, education and competency to lead and direct project teams.
