About the Person
Nickolas Sharp is motivated by problem solving, which just so happens to be the skill at which he excels most. He was able to use it to understand the science and math required to study biochemistry at the University of Arizona. Mr. Sharp spent a stint working in web development-related areas, focusing for a few years on project management and quality organizational processes. He led Santex’s efforts in achieving a CMMI Maturity Level 3 certification. After serving at Santex, Mr. Sharp freelanced for a few fun-filled years under the names MyShuitings and ThriveDev, and spent some time building incredible real-time unified communication clients for Jive Communications. At Nike, Inc., Mr. Sharp led a large team that designed and built cloud scale applications to support and expose consumer profile information within Nike’s vast technical ecosystem. Thanks to an exceptionally fast learning curve, Mr. Sharp shines at problem solving, design abstraction, visual data manipulations, complex data association, business processes consulting and process streamlining.
