The OSU Foundation is a nonprofit organization incorporated in 1947 dedicated to enhancing the mission of Oregon State University. The Foundation is governed by a 42-person Board of Trustees. In 2012, the goal for The Campaign for OSU was increased to $1 billion in response to an outpouring of community support. Donors to the campaign are providing resources that create opportunities for students, strengthen Oregon communities, and allows Oregon State to conduct research that changes the world.
