We began with a vision for a plant-based food that would have all the qualities we relish in the best artisan dairy cheeses. We assembled a team that figured out how to use traditional cheese-making techniques but using nut milk instead of milk from an animal. Through this process, we were able to create a line of revolutionary products that you can feel good about eating. Once we unlocked the secret to making nut milks behaving like cow’s milk, the options were endless.
