About the Person

Moira A. Kilcoyne is a resident of Hoboken, N.J., began her nearly 25-year career with Morgan Stanley in 1989 and is currently a managing director and co-chief information officer of global technology and data. In the past, she has held a number of leading technology positions, including chief operating officer of operations and technology, CIO of wealth management, and international CIO for Europe and Asia. She graduated from Manhattan College with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics in 1983, and was recognized for her work as an executive at the Annual Salute to Women Leaders Achievers.
