Over the last decade, information has emerged as a warfighting domain, joining land, sea and air as a critical, contested battlespace. As the Navys information warfare systems command, SPAWAR is the Navy acquisition command that develops, delivers and sustains communications and information warfare capabilities for warfighters, keeping them securely connected anytime, anywhere.
