About the Person
Mike Upton had most recently been vice president of digital customer experience at Capital One Bank and has more than 20 years of information technology and mobile banking experience. He also had been a senior vice president at Bank of America where he was responsible for next-generation consumer banking capabilities across online, mobile and payments channels, First Tech said in its announcement. Upton is a graduate of Oregon State University and has been a First Tech member for 10 years.
