About the Person
Mike has more than 20 years of experience successfully building and managing engineering teams for enterprise software startups and late stage companies, with a strong focus on developing big data and personalization-centric products. As CTO, Mike will be responsible for development and delivery of the Compare Metrics Adaptive Commerce solutions and the company’s overall technology strategy. Prior to Compare Metrics, Mike served as director of retail engineering for RichRelevance where he was responsible for the development of the company’s retail products and evolution of the engineering team. Mike has served as vice president of engineering at Mocana where grew and managed engineering teams in the U.S. and India, and lead efforts to build new products that helped substantially grow revenue. He has also served as vice president of platform engineering and data center operations for DemandTech, and vice president of engineering for Kareo.
