About the Company
Lres is a national commercial and residential financial services provider offering property valuations, asset management and technology solutions for clients. With more than 10 years of continued growth, Lres offers complete and customized solutions and managed business processes for banks, credit unions, hedge funds, servicers, private equity funds, real estate agents, appraisers and vendors. These services range from its thorough valuations, including appraisals, broker price opinions (BPO/BOV), automated value models and occupancy inspection reports to asset managment (property liquidation and property management) as well as its strong focus on quality vendor management and working closely with its business partners to deliver managed business processes in the origination and default markets.
About the Person
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for LRES, Mike Rasooli manages LRES’ technical priorities and operational vision; drives growth by delivering applications, tools and services; and leads all aspects of the company’s strategic and tactical technological development. Mike brings with him more than 27 years of software development, IT and management experience with an extensive background in enterprise and database management systems, B2C and B2B E-commerce, customer relationship management, document management and mortgage technologies. He also has hands-on experience in application architecture and web-facing service oriented applications. Prior to joining LRES, Mike served as the CTO for a number of corporations, including Edge Mortgage Advisory Company, PowerSoft 360 and LogixInfo. He also served as a senior software engineer at Corbis Images and Timeline and senior project manager at Microsoft. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Darmstadt in Germany.
