About the Person

Michael Graves has more than a decade of experience in developing market-leading enterprise applications. Prior to joining Callidus, Michael spent several years at Oracle, most recently as vice president of development in Oracle’s Applications Division. In that position, he managed the incentive compensation and territory management global development teams, and helped develop products for customers implementing complex sales force compensation systems.

Before joining Oracle, Michael was a financial analyst for the Clorox Sales Company, and created systems for processing compensation payments and customer chargebacks. Michael has a B.S. in Finance and Economic Analysis & Policy from the Walter A. Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
