As the first nationally registered tech apprenticeship program, Apprenti provides a proven, reliable pipeline for connecting underrepresented groups including people of color, women, veterans, and people with disabilities to the necessary training and hands-on skills needed to be successful in the tech industry. Apprenti is a program of the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) Workforce Institute. The WTIA Workforce Institute is a 501c3 organization created to address tech industry`s workforce and diversity needs.
