Mrs. Moody joined the U.S. division of MTY in 2010 and has since served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Sr. VP and Deputy General Counsel where she was also head of Human Resources at Kahala Brands, and most recently General Counsel of all of MTY's U.S. operations. During this time she has also been an active participant in the strong culture of MTY, serving as a longtime member and Treasurer of the organization's community outreach and diversity group and as a senior member of MTY's Environmental, Social and Governance "ESG" committee. For over a decade she has consistently demonstrated exceptional teamwork, leadership qualities, passion and skills.
Headquartered in Le Mars, Iowa, Wells is the largest family-owned privately held ice cream processor in the United States, producing more than 900 ice cream and frozen novelties treats. Wells produces Blue Bunny® ice cream, frozen novelties and specialty frozen desserts along with the iconic Bomb Pop® brand. So much ice cream is produced in Le Mars by Wells that the city was designated as the Ice Cream Capital of the World® by the Iowa legislature! Blue Bunny branded items are distributed across the nation. Ice cream enthusiasts can find their favorite Blue Bunny products in grocery, convenience and club stores, on mobile vending trucks and in foodservice settings (such as educational institutions, hospitals and restaurants). Webster-Rock Hill Ministries was officially chartered on August 21, 1982, to provide assistance to the elderly, unemployed, people with disabilities and people with low incomes. Concerned citizens, ministers, and community residents organized the agency so that neighbors and church members would be assisted effectively and efficiently. A non-profit organization, Webster-Rock Hill Ministries is financially supported by contributions from private donors, businesses, community organizations, fundraising events and contributing churches.
