Michele D. Trolli has been Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at M&T Bank Corp and its subsidiary, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company (M&T Bank) since January 3, 2005. Ms. Trolli serves as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Ms. Trolli serves as a Member of Management Group of M&T Bank. Ms. Trolli served as Chief Information Officer of M&T Asset Management. She served as Senior Director, Global Systems Support of Franklin Resources Inc., since May 2000. During her tenure, she was responsible for all global infrastructure systems and technology operations for Franklin Templeton Investments. Ms. Trolli was employed by KeyCorp from May 1990 to January 2000, where she served as Executive Vice President and Development Director and was responsible for its technology development organization. She served as a Member of New York Regional Advisory Board of The Federal Reserve Bank of New York since December 2008. Trolli recently completed her term as a Director-at-Large for the BAI and assumed a seat on the Clearing House’s Mobile Banking Board in 2013. She also serves as a Director and Vice President for the Buffalo Zoological Society, heading their Strategic Planning Committee, and serves on the Board of the WNY Women’s Foundation. Trolli received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from John Carroll University.
