Michael Macdonald is an IT executive with 22 years of experience using IT to reduce costs, improve performance and serve customers.   In his new role at The Federal Savings Bank, MacDonald will be a member of the senior management team, and responsible for overall strategic IT decisions as well as the day-to-day IT direction of the Bank. He will be charged with looking for new and creative ways to use technology to make mortgage and banking transactions safe and efficient for customers.
