Senior Information Technology (IT) executive with 28 years experience in systems managment and communications including: application development, enterprise resource planning (ERP), data warehouse, business analytics, geographic information systems (GIS), computer system infrastructure (mainframe, mini and personal computer (PC) platforms), voice and data networking (local area/wide area (LAN/WAN) data networks) radio communications, telephone systems, enterprise storage and backup/recovery systems, information security and disaster recovery. Experience in all management functions: strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, staffing/personnel and presentations to corporate board of directors, government board of supervisors, department heads and staff in a broad range of industries and sectors, including transportation, airports, federal and local governement, engineering, construction, manufacturing, consulting and sales in the United States and Canada. Effective in colloborating with business users and technology vendors to develop and deliver technology solutions that meet business objectives.
