About the Person

Michael Clark, also known as Mike, serves as a Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Photobucket.com, Inc. since October 16, 2012. Mr. Clark co-founded SafetyWeb, Inc., in 2009. He has more than 15 years of direct experience building scalable systems. Previously, he was the first executive hire and architect on the original Photobucket team, where he was senior vice president of technology. He worked to develop Photobucket`s initial safety and security infrastructure, which helped it become a thought leader in building security initiatives focused on protecting consumers. In this role, he gained significant experience in understanding what kids were doing online, and how they were using their mobile devices. He used this knowledge to build tools to help parents better protect their children across these powerful mediums. Among his management responsibilities for infrastructure and operations, he also helps Photobucket continue to anticipate and adapt its technology to support the growing needs of today`s photo and video enthusiasts. Mr. Clark holds B.A. in Public Affairs and Human Communication from University of Denver.
