Michael S. Bahorich, also known as Mike, served as the Chief Technology Officer of Apache Corp. from November 2010 and as its Executive Vice President from February 12, 2009 to June 30, 2015. Mr. Bahorich has fourteen years experience as a Corporate Officer with Apache. Mr. Bahorich served as the Technology Officer of Apache Corp. from February 12, 2009 to November 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President of Exploration and Production Technology of Apache Corp. from May 2000 to February 2009, Vice President from January 1999 to May 2000, Vice President of Exploration Technology since December 1997 and Chief Geophysicist since 1996. Since 1981, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Amoco Corporation in Denver, Colorado and Tulsa, Oklahoma, lastly as a Resource Manager for its mid-continent business unit. He is the President of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and serves on an Advisory Board at Stanford University. He has been a Director at Global Geophysical Services, Inc. since April 28, 2011. Mr. Bahorich holds eight geophysical patents with two further patents pending. Mr. Bahorich is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia and received his Master`s Degree in Geophysics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (VPI).
