The Minnesota Historical Society is a non-profit educational and cultural institution established in 1849. The Society collects, preserves and tells the story of Minnesota`s past through museum exhibits, libraries and collections, historic sites, educational programs and book publishing. Since our establishment in 1953 we have been committed to Indiana`s pork farmers and their families. During the first year of our non-profit formation, a few hundred farmers committed themselves to promoting their product. Today there are more than 3,000 farmers in our association. Our promise to Indiana`s pork farmers is simple. We will promote the pork product to consumers. We will be a communication source for vital industry information affecting our members and their businesses. We will be a voice in addressing public perceptions surrounding the pork industry. We will responsibly advance pork business opportunities for Indiana pork farmers.
