At REFORM, we #FightDifferent. Our collective concern with the state of the American criminal justice system is creating a powerful, growing alliance that spans different backgrounds, industries, and political beliefs. We are recruiting and rallying leaders in politics, business, entertainment, sports, technology, art, and culture to lend their voices, resources, and platforms to further the justice reform movement. Of the more than six million people who are under the control of the criminal justice system, more than four million are on probation and parole – a system that keeps people stuck in an endless cycle of imprisonment and costs state governments millions of dollars. We are all in this together, creating, delivering and receiving care and services. Our CCO is a single organism, a community, an integrated collection of care and services that prevents illness and promotes and restores health in all its many meanings: physical, social, behavioral. Health Share is also a community of members who actively engage to the best of their abilities. Because without individual responsibility, there ultimately cannot be health. We know that it is better to prevent illness than treat it, better to stay on top of chronic conditions, better to provide people what they need to take care of themselves. In our community, members get the care they need, when they need it. What’s more, care goes into the community to serve them where they are. In our community, members receive the care they need regardless of race, ethnicity, social situation or literacy levels. Barriers are removed and doors are opened for the benefit of member health. In our community, care and services come from whatever source is most appropriate. We acknowledge, respect and include all providers of care and services. We count as partners any and all organizations that help our members, whether by contract or by mission. And that help extends far beyond the provision of care, to the basic needs that all people have and are entitled to: education, housing, employment, safety and more. Our mission is to develop an integrated community health system that achieves better care, better health and lower costs for the Medicaid population and the Tri-County community.

Clean the World is a social enterprise with the mission of saving millions of lives around the world. Clean the World leads a Global Hygiene Revolution to distribute recycled soap and hygiene products from more than 2,000 hotel and resort partners to children and families in countries with a high death rate due to acute respiratory infection (pneumonia) and diarrheal diseases (cholera) – which are two of the top killers of children under 5. Since 2009, Clean the World has distributed more than 17 million bars of soap in 96 countries. Through the ""ONE Project,"" Clean the World provides hygiene kits to relief organizations throughout North America.
