About the Person

Matthew Stoehr brings 20 years of experience in technology and real estate to Sabal Financial’s IT division. Prior to joining Sabal Financial, he served in high-level technology positions at Compellon, Inc., a data analysis firm for the financial industry, and Caruso Affiliated, a real estate and finance company. Before joining the Caruso Affiliated team, Mr. Stoehr was the Chief Information Officer with Grubb & Ellis Company where he was responsible for the strategic direction and operations for technology, facilities and corporate real estate. Joining Triple Net Properties, LLC and NNN Realty Advisors in 2005, Mr. Stoehr reinvented IT operations for the Investment and Securities Company improving services and allowing the company to grow exponentially. In 2007, NNN Realty Advisors merged with Grubb & Ellis Company, a 50 year old publicly traded full service real estate organization. At the close of the merger of NNN Realty Advisors and Grubb & Ellis Company, Mr. Stoehr was appointed CIO of the combined organization. Prior to Triple Net, Mr. Stoehr was the Vice President of Information Technology with Western National Group where he oversaw the strategic direction and technology operations for a group of five companies including Property Management, Construction, Development and Acquisitions and Landscaping. Stoehr is also a decorated U.S. Navy veteran earning several citations and medals for technical and leadership achievement and a current member of the Society for Information Management. In addition, Mr. Stoehr has served on the Industry Advisory Boards for Realcomm and Violin Memory Systems and was identified by Realcomm as one of the "Top 35 to Watch in both 2008 and 2010″.
