About the Person

Mary LeBlanc is Vice President and Chief Information officer for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. She oversees the information technology strategy and application support for the company's US operations. LeBlanc is a member of the NPC Commercial Management Committee (CMC) and Commercial Executive Committee (CEC).Before joining Novartis in March 2008, LeBlanc was Senior Vice President and Chief Information officer for Avis Budget Group, where she oversaw all aspects of IT. During her tenure from 2003-2008, her accomplishments included a successful implementation of IT outsourcing initiatives for infrastructure and application support as well as the implementation of major new eCommerce, HR and financial systems platforms.
