About the Company

About the Person

Marv Adams oversees all IT and operations functions, including systems development, data centers and infrastructure, networks, project management and process improvement, and retail brokerage clearing and operations. He brings more than 30 years of operational and technology experience, much of which he served in the financial services industry. Adams joins TD Ameritrade from TIAA-CREF, where he served as the executive vice president of shared services, overseeing operations and applications services technology and leading IT strategy and policy. Adams also served in a similar capacity at Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for enterprise transformation, and as chief information officer at Citigroup, Bank One Corporation and Ford Motor Company. Additionally, he served as the head of worldwide engineering systems for Xerox after starting his career at IBM. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
