Mr. McDermott has been Chief Information Officer of APAC Customer Services Inc., since April 2004. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at APAC Customer Services Inc., since June 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of APAC Customer Services Inc., from April 2004 to June 2007 and also served as its Vice President. Mr. McDermott joined APAC Customer Service Inc. in March 1996. From October 1993 to March 1996, Mr. McDermott served Discovery Zone, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Information Technology. From June 1982 to September 1993, Mr. McDermott served at Waste Management, Inc. where he served various positions within the technology and strategic services organizations.
