About the Company

The Company is currently commercializing its patented thermal technology and has additional patents-pending for various OEM applications of its proprietary heat removal technologies. About the Person
Mark Hodowanec is certainly the technology leader of the Company and has been jointly responsible for HPEV's technology foundation and many of its advances. Mark's engineering genius will drive this technology to many verticals. Mark brings a focused and unique blend of experience that spans motors and generators, the energy sector, the military, transportation and even weapons. At heart, Mark is a true engineer, but he is also a proven strategist and a manager with extraordinary vision and operational expertise within complex organizations. Hodowanec was a Program Manager and lead engineer for Curtiss-Wright from September 2006 through February 2014. From May 2004 through September 2006 he operated his own consulting firm, MMH Consulting, assisting R&D & product development companies develop custom motors solutions. From September 2004 to October 2005, he worked at Wavecrest Laboratories. From May 1994 to February 2004, Mr. Hodowanec was at Siemens Energy & Automation. Hodowanec holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Akron and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
