Northville, MI-based ZF Group has appointed Mark Cybulski as Chief Information Officer.

The company acquired TRW Automotive on May 15, 2015, which was then integrated within the organization as the Active & Passive Safety Technology Division. The combined company reported sales of €29.2 billion in 2015 and now has a global workforce of around 135,000 with approximately 230 locations in some 40 countries. ZF annually invests approximately five percent of its sales in Research & Development (€1.4 billion in 2015) ensuring continued success through the design and engineering of innovative technologies. Mark Cybulski is CIO at ZF North America, Inc. He is responsible for all North American information systems and is a member of ZF’s management team IT, its global IT governance organization. He is also head of global IT sourcing and vendor management. Prior to joining ZF in 2006, he served as CIO for Delphi Product & Service Solutions, the newly-formed aftermarket division of Delphi. Prior to his time at Delphi, he held several positions with TRW, including VP of Information Systems, occupant safety systems and program director of SAP. Before that, he was a senior manager in management consulting at Deloitte & Touche. Cybulski serves on the Board of Directors for the Detroit chapter of SIM as deputy chair for the Philanthropy Committee. He earned bachelor degrees in mechanical engineering and economics from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
