Washington, DC-based World Health Organization has Appointed Marc Touitou as Chief Information Officer

Marc Touitou is the innovative, private sector leader San Francisco needs to improve our technology services .he has 30 years of extensive experience in Information Technology. From 2002 to 2011, Touitou had global responsibilities for all aspects of IT at ASML. He oversaw about 500 core technologists and consultants, and spearheaded ASML’s effort to redesign the company’s architecture and modernize their infrastructure. Prior to joining ASML, Touitou was Chief Information Officer at Rohm and Haas, and held positions of increasing responsibilities including Europe Telecommunications Manager leading to his transfer to Philadelphia in 1993 as Global Operations Manager. Touitou then became the company Global Technology Director and later accepted the coatings business Chief Information Officer position which he held until the end of 2002. Touitou holds an executive MBA degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, and he attended organizational behavior course at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Institute of Management in Information at the University of Technology of Compiegne in Paris, France. He speaks French and English fluently, and Spanish and Dutch.
