Temple ISD: Providing a Global Education in Central Texas. Mission Statement The mission of the Temple Independent School District is to prepare students to be life-long learners who are productive in 21st century college and work life. Temple ISD is a diverse, vibrant school district with more than 8,500 students excelling in advanced academics, career & technical education, fine arts and athletics. We offer one of the most comprehensive technology programs in Texas, where all high school students receive their own Chromebook for use in school and at home. Upon graduation, the Chromebook is theirs to keep. We offer International Baccalaureate programming from K-12, offer Spanish and German K-12 and will soon add French K-12. We offer high-tech education K-12, and have one of the only "Project Lead the Way" elementary schools in the United States. Most important, though, is our passionate teachers who go above and beyond every day and are dedicated to making sure your child succeeds.
