About the Person
Mansour Zadeh is the Chief Information Officer at Smithfield Foods. In this role, he oversees the information technology advancement of all Smithfield Food Companies. Prior to his arrival at Smithfield, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Kraft Foods and he led information technology at Miller Brewing Company and directed information services at PepsiCo`s Pizza Hut International. Mansour holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Program.
