Columbus, NE-based Great Plains State Bank Appointed Luke Saenz as Chief Information Officer
Luke Saenz has been hired as the chief information officer. He is a Kansas native growing up in Great Bend and pursuing his career in Wichita, Kansas. After graduating from Wichita State University with a degree in Management Information Systems, Luke worked as a network engineer for Pulse Systems. Pulse Systems was a locally owned medical software company based in Wichita. In 2012, he started working in the financial industry with American State Bancshares Inc. as a systems administrator. After working for the group of banks for two years, he was promoted to director of information technology. Luke held this position until he decided to take this opportunity in Columbus with Great Plains State Bank.
