About the Person

Lee Noonan is Chief Technology Officer at Weber Shandwick. With more than two decades of experience and expertise in enterprise software, internet infrastructure and web application organizations, Lee oversees the application and integration of existing and emerging technologies for both Weber Shandwick and its clients. In his role, he is focused on driving the firm’s continued leadership in multi-platform engagement through technology and innovation. Prior to Weber Shandwick, Lee was CTO at Havas Worldwide Digital where he was responsible for driving the company’s overall technology vision and strategy. Previously, Lee built and managed a business development group for Metapa, a software company focused on automating data exchange between enterprises over the internet, as well as serving as Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Planning at Digital Island. Prior to that, he served as Principal Consultant at Oracle, managing multi-million-dollar implementations of decision-making software at several of the world’s largest international financial institutions. Lee has held senior roles across a broad spectrum of business groups within technology companies, including product development, operations, marketing, consulting, finance and business development. He has worked with a large portfolio of clients, including Aetna, Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Combe, Computer Associates, Diageo, Genentech, Glaxo Smith Klein, Heinz, Humana, IBM, Intel, Intelsat, Jaguar, Keurig Green Mountain, NetJets, Peugeot, Royal Caribbean International, Sanofi, Sprint, Survey Sampling International, Thomson Reuters, Valspar, Volkswagen and Xerox. Lee holds a B.A. in Economics from University of the Pacific
