The U.S. Coast Guard also employs a topnotch civilian workforce, with more than 7,000 positions in nearly 100 locations nationwide.
Lars McCarter is Chief Cyberspace Policy and Capabilities at United States Coast Guard. Previously, Lars held various senior IT leadership roles in the industry.
