Philadelphia FIGHT is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing high-quality medical care, including HIV and Hepatitis C primary care, family dentistry, behavioral health services, consumer education, clinical research, and advocacy for individuals and families from all walks of life and at every stage of life. Each year FIGHT reaches over 11,000 individuals with social services and education programs and treats over 7,100 people at our health centers regardless of their ability to pay.

Aurora serves over 1,000 men, women and children each year through programs and services. Moreover, Aurora is a leading catalyst in identifying gaps, establishing innovative and permanent solutions, and drawing together interested parties to ensure that homelessness becomes a problem of the past.
