At the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Strong communities don`t just happen, they`re the result of steady leadership and stewardship of strong values. That`s the Y. We make a difference by focusing on three key areas: youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. By investing in our kids, our health and our neighbors, the YMCA of Greater Nashua ensures that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to thrive.
We are a non-profit youth organization. Cliff Hagan Boys & Girls Club organization currently has 6 Club locations spanning across 5 counties including 2 states. We are located in the following counties in KY: Butler, Daviess, Henderson, and Ohio; as well as South Spencer, IN. The organization has both Units and Extensions. Units are our Club sites that are open year-round excluding weekends. Extensions are our Club sites that are only open during after school programming. We offer after-school and summer programming for kids and teens ages 6-18 years of age. At the Club, members have a safe environment, academic support, healthy snacks, high-quality programs and supportive mentors. As a movement, the Y has always adapted to meet the needs of its local community in youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Invictus Foundation`s mission is to increase and improve behavioral health services for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Associated Brain Injury (ABI), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), suicide prevention, depression, alcohol and substance abuse, domestic violence, relationship issues, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), rehabilitation/aftercare (community integration) and pre/post deployment screening to this Country`s military, veterans, their families and families of the fallen. Critically important is that we will do so in a caring and collaborative community culture without regard for their ability to pay.
