About the Person
As CTO, Kyle leads nGage Labs Analytics Innovation team in developing the real-time personalization analytics that differentiates the company’s mobile customer engagement solutions. He leads an entire team of architects, analysts, modelers, and developers in continuing to create deeper levels of individual customer insights and actionable intelligence. Mr. Hollaway is a 20+ year technology veteran with an impressive track record of bringing to market customer recognition and insight solutions. Prior to nGage Labs, Kyle was a senior executive at marketing service provider Merkle and prior to that he spent 17 years at Acxiom, ultimately leading the development of their customer data integration products. While at Acxiom he worked on customer insight projects for Trans Union, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Chase, and GE Consumer Finance and created ground breaking “personalization” solutions that these brands use to fuel their digital success. Kyle is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and holds a BA in Computer Science. He also served as a Combat Engineer officer in the US Army. When not at the office drawing on his beloved whiteboard, Kyle focuses his time on family, faith and friends. He continues to pursue his lovely wife of 20-years while wrangling their 8 kids (ranging in age from 3 to 19), coaching basketball, serving as church Elder and volunteering time as Director of the TrailblazeNow non-profit ministry.
