About the Person

Mr. Kurt Streams serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Deal, LLC. Mr. Streams has been the Chief Financial Officer of Single Touch Systems Inc. since November 01, 2013 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Streams served as a Consultant of Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd since November 2, 2009. Mr. Streams served as a Partner at GBM LLC, a business management firm serving public and private companies, where he managed patents and licensing for a publicly-held consumer products client. While at GBM he provided his expertise in raising financial reporting standards to meet exchange requirement for clients up-listing to major national exchanges. Previously, he was Principal at RBSM LLP, a Certified Public Accountant firm and U.S. member of Russell Bedford International, one of the world's top 15 accounting networks according to International Accounting Bulletin. He has over twenty five years experience in corporate and public accounting, including two years with Ernest & Young, LLP and six years with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Streams served as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of IGIA, Inc. (formerly Quasar Projects Co. and its formally known as Diva Entertainment Inc.) from June 11, 2004 to June 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Streams served as Chief Financial Officer of Tactica International, Inc., a subsidiary of IGIA Inc., since January 2004. He served as Chief Financial Officer of The Deal LLC from March 2000 to January 2004. Mr. Streams served as Chief Financial Officer of Norland Medical Systems, Inc. from September 1995 to March 2000. From 1989 to 1995, he was an Auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP and was promoted to Senior Audit Manager following a 27-month posting in Europe. Mr. Streams studied B.A. degree in Economics in 1983 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
