Kirk E. Siefkas serves as an Executive Officer of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. Mr. Siefkas served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of CF Industries Holdings, Inc. from April 2012 to February 29, 2016. Previously, he served CF Industries in a business and information technology consulting capacity since 2010. He served as a founding partner with Diamond Management & Technology Consulting. Mr. Siefkas served as Chief Executive Officer at John Deere food Origins. Mr. Siefkas served as Vice President of Corporate Ventures at Deere & Company. He served as Chief Information Officer of Deere & Company. He joined Deere & Company as Vice President, e-Business in January 2001. A recognized leader in e-business, he was formerly with DiamondCluster International, where he was a Managing Partner since early 1984. During his time with DiamondCluster, he led Diamond`s e-commerce work with several Deere business units including the Commercial & Consumer Equipment, Credit, Construction, and Agricultural Equipment Divisions. Prior to joining DiamondCluster, Mr. Siefkas served as Chief Information Officer at Evans Inc., a $200-million Chicago-based specialty retailer of women`s apparels and furs. He began his career in IT consulting and program management with Electronic Data Systems and Arthur Young & Company. Mr. Siefkas holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
