Hammonds as a Top 100 Premier IT leader in 2012 and the previous year she received an Information Week 500 top manufacturing innovator award. She has worked at Dell and Ford Motor Company. Hammonds has an MBA from Western Michigan University and a BSc in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
