About the Person
Kenneth S. Solon joined Lincoln Financial in 2008. He most recently served as senior vice president, responsible for Enterprisewide Information Technology, Administrative Services and the Digital Business Group. Prior to that, he served as the head of Shared Services and was responsible for Customer Service for Lincoln Financial’s Individual Life, Individual Annuity and Retirement Plan Services business lines, Licensing, Commissions and Claims. Prior to his tenure at Lincoln Financial, Ken spent the first 13 years of his career working at Chase Manhattan Bank Corporation, followed by nine years at Prudential Financial. While at Chase, Ken managed Operations and Information Technology functions domestically, as well as in Europe and Asia. At Prudential, he managed the company’s Operations and Information Technology transition from being a mutually held life insurance company to one that is publicly-traded. Solon received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. He also holds Series 6 and 26 Registrations.
