Ms. Kelly J. Kennedy serves as an Executive Officer of Annie's, Inc. Ms. Kennedy served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Annie's Homegrown, Inc. She has 20 years experience in management and finance including at some of the country's top retail and consumer brands, both in private-equity backed start-up ventures and large public companies. Ms. Kennedy served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Annie's, Inc. from August 2011 to November 12, 2013 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until November 12, 2013. Ms. Kennedy served as Chief Financial Officer of Revolution Foods, Inc. from October 2010 to July 2011. From September 2009 to October 2010, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Established Brands, Inc. She serves as the Chief Financial Officer of several iconic Bay Area brands, including Serena & Lily Inc. and Forklift Brands, Inc. (Boudin Bakeries), each on a part-time basis from March 2009 to September 2009. She served as Financial Advisor at Revolution Foods, Inc. since August 2010. She has more than 15 years of experience in management and finance. Ms. Kennedy served as Chief Financial Officer of Elephant Pharm, Inc. from May 2007 to February 2009. Ms. Kennedy served at San Francisco-based Williams-Sonoma Inc., from November 2000 to May 2007, including Corporate Financial Planning Manager, Director of Treasury and Vice President of Treasury. During her seven year tenure, she was given increasing levels of responsibility and oversaw all treasury, payroll, banking relationships and risk management operations for this $3.5 billion San Francisco-based multi-channel retailer. Prior to Williams-Sonoma, she served various finance positions at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Inc., including Finance Manager for Starbucks and M&M/Mars joint ventures. Ms. Kennedy holds a BA degree from Middlebury College and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and attended the London School of Economics.
