Kay Palmer is Executive Vice President of Information Technology and Engineering at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., a 5 billion dollar transportation and logistics company with operations throughout North America. Kay graduated Magna cum Laude from Harding University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree. Following graduation, Kay worked for EDS designing and developing insurance systems. Kay began her career with J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., in 1988. After six years with the company, she was promoted to Vice President of Applications. Kay assumed the CIO role in early 1999 and was promoted to EVP the following year.
