At Fisher Investments, we believe in doing better. We`re always striving to improve, to look at things from new perspectives and to explore options, because we are trying to Better the Investment Universe. We work in an industry that needs different, and whose clients deserve better. Being better means being different and we have been from day one. When founder Ken Fisher established Fisher Investments as a sole proprietorship in 1979, he wasn`t trying to beat competing investment firms at their own business model. Ken simply started a new model, advising institutional clients in using domestically-focused, small-cap value equity investments. What began as a small, startup-style institutional investment company soon expanded into a largely-untapped market: money management for high-net-worth investors looking to meet their long-term financial goals. 40 years later, Fisher Investments and our affiliates operate out of 17 countries worldwide and manage over $115 billion in assets for more than 65,000 private clients and over 175 large institutions.
