Morristown, NJ-based Honeywell International has appointed Kathryn Freytag as Chief Information Officer.
Honeywell International Inc. (Honeywell) is a diversified technology and manufacturing company, serving customers globally with aerospace products and services, control, sensing and security technologies for buildings, homes and industry, turbochargers, automotive products, specialty chemicals, electronic and advanced materials, and process technology for refining and petrochemicals and energy efficient products and solutions for homes, business and transportation. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Safety Products Holding, Inc. (Norcross) and Metrologic Instruments, Inc. In July 2008, B/E Aerospace, Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Honeywell`s Consumables Solutions distribution business (HCS) within the Aerospace segment.
Kathryn Freytag is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Ingersoll Rand. Previously, Kathryn held various senior IT leadership roles in the industry.
