About the Person
Kathleen Kelleher of Delmar was appointed executive vice president and chief information officer. Kelleher joined the bank in 2002. She was named senior vice president and information technology manager in 2004, and chief information officer in 2011. Kelleher was previously senior vice president and director of operations for Cohoes Savings Bank, and technology consultant for Saratoga Financial Systems. Kelleher graduated from Bethlehem Central School and attended the State University of New York at Binghamton. She is treasurer for the Capital Region Women’s Network and the Greater Capital Region Endowment Fund.
