She has previously held various positions within IT, including vice president, IT services; director, aftermarket business relationship and application delivery; director, aftermarket application services delivery; director, information technology, corporate and shared services systems; and manager, information technology – international systems. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Michigan.
